I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel! The rooms, although not exactly what I had originally booked, were spotless and very comfortable. The service was extremely pleasant, with staff always smiling and ready to help out. The location was convenient with a direct entrance to the mall, although a bit far from the city center. The dining options were decent, though a bit costly compared to some other hotels in the UAE.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I was initially given had a leaking bathroom ceiling, but I was promptly moved to another room with air conditioning. The lack of clear highlighting on the air conditioning issue during booking was a bit bothersome. The service, particularly from Herzel at the reception, was excellent with a charming personality. However, the staff seemed untrained to handle crowded situations. The location was convenient, being close to a mall, but the cemented floor could be a hazard for kids. The dining experience was a bit pricey for my taste, but the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, it was a comfortable stay considering the value for money.
